Please find attached the DC Water Clean Rivers Project presentation that Erik Meyers kindly attended. As we have seen some of the work done along K/Water Street, they are planning to implement work done at the other side of the aqueduct beginning the first quarter of 2025. This work will continue through the end of 2028 but will impact PBC for another two years after. We have some concerns with information that was shared about vibratory effects that can be an issue for our building and its foundation. I am attempting to connect with a member of the project team through a friend at DC Water to ensure we have a touchpoint. Please review this deck to stay informed.
